Shipping & Local Delivery

Same day local delivery available with no minimum orders and placed by 12:00PM within 12KM radius for a flat fee of $7.99. Otherwise, delivery will be made next day between 10AM - 8PM.  Proof of Legal age required, otherwise a penalty of 50% of total order amount plus Delivery Fee will be charged to your order and the order will be cancelled accordingly.



At Vape Rock , we ship Monday to Friday, excluding Holidays. We try to ship all orders that get placed prior to 12:00 PM EST the same day. All "IN STOCK" products are shipped within 24-72 hours during the business week. Back ordered products will be shipped once they arrive. Shipping rates are calculated on the checkout page. A delivery estimate will be shown on the checkout page.


We offer free Expedited shipping on all orders in Canada over C$50 (before tax and after discounts) .

In the event, your item is not successfully delivered due to an issue that we deem to be your fault (wrong address, failure to pick up), we will issue a refund after deducting the shipping fees from the initial shipment (even if it was free for you), and the fees for the return shipment that we were charged by the carrier. Also, it will be subject to a minimum 5% credit card transaction fee and a $10 handling fee. Or, we can reship the order after the customer pays for the return shipping fee and the cost to reship the order. We will not reship the order until it is returned to us by the courier. If you need your package in a hurry we offer Xpresspost option for an additional fee. Please be advised that we cannot refund you the additional shipping fee once your parcel has been shipped out.

Proof of Age Required

We utilize Canada Post's Proof of Age (18+ or 19+ depending on your province or territory) option on every single package, with no exceptions. Because we utilize this option for all shipments, the signature will be obtained upon delivery of all shipments. If you are not home when delivery is attempted, the package will be left at your nearest post office, where you will have to show Proof of Age to sign and receive the package. Any fees associated with packages that are Returned to Sender because Proof of Age was not able to be determined, will NOT receive a refund.

Order Processing

We process all in-stock orders 7 days a week (including Canadian holidays). Please note, if you have received a tracking number during a weekend or major holiday, your order has been processed for shipment, but it is not picked up by Canada Post until the next business day. We reserve the right to additional processing time if any questions or concerns regarding your order arise.  In-stock orders placed before 12:00 PM EST will go out the same day. Delivery will depend on the carrier.

For all orders with a billing name and address different to the shipping name and address, the customer must provide an ID that matches the billing name and  address upon request via email. If failed to provide the requested ID, order(s) will be cancelled and refunded. When submitting ID for verification, please ensure the date of birth is readable.


Tracking numbers, if they are available, are automatically generated when we print your shipping label during order processing. An email containing the tracking number is then sent to the email address you provided during checkout.  Please check your email's "spam" folders if you did not receive a tracking number. You may also find and view all tracking information directly by logging in to " My Account ".

Lost & Undelivered Packages

All miss-delivered, stolen or damaged parcel claims must be reported back to us within 90 days from the date that parcels were shipped out. Vape Rock is not responsible for delayed, miss-delivered or stolen packages. Once your order is scanned by Canada Post or any other delivery agents, it is under the sole care and control of Canada Post, or any other agents to safely deliver the package to the purchaser or assigned recipient as assigned to in the shipping address. Shipping is a service you purchase from Canada Post along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by Canada Post.

Vape Rock is not responsible for incorrect shipping information given by the purchaser. All packages returned to us due to a wrong address will be refunded after deducting a minimum 5% credit card transaction fee, a $10 handling fee, the original shipment cost (even if it was free shipping to you), and the fees for the return shipment that we were charged by the carrier. Or, the package can be reshipped after the customer has paid for the return shipping fee and the cost to reship the order. We will not reship the order until it is returned to us by the courier.
